WMX may refuse, restrict, or apply additional conditions to the transportation or storage of dangerous goods where required by applicable laws, regulations, carriers, ports, airports, or other authorities.

WMX may refuse to accept goods that are prohibited by applicable laws, regulations, carrier policies, or destination requirements.

Any customs duties, taxes, penalties, storage charges, government fees, or other charges arising from incomplete or incorrect documentation may be payable by the customer.
WMX provides customs services for import and export shipments and assists with customs documentation and compliance requirements.
WMX will make reasonable efforts to meet agreed shipping schedules and delivery expectations.
However, transit times may be affected by circumstances outside WMX's reasonable control, including:
Estimated transit times should therefore not automatically be treated as guaranteed delivery dates unless specifically agreed in writing.
If a shipment cannot be delivered because of an incorrect address, missing documentation, customs issues, refusal by the consignee, or other circumstances attributable to the customer or receiver, WMX may take reasonable steps to arrange further delivery, return, storage, or other handling.
Any additional costs resulting from such circumstances may be charged to the customer.
Where WMX provides warehousing or storage services, applicable storage charges and conditions will be communicated to the customer.

WMX provides warehousing facilities for general cargo and dangerous goods, including consolidation, deconsolidation, and cross-stuffing services.
Oversized, heavy, project, and break bulk cargo may require special equipment, routes, permits, handling arrangements, and additional planning.
The customer must provide accurate cargo dimensions, weight, lifting points, packing details, and any other information required for safe transportation.
Additional charges may apply for special equipment, permits, handling, storage, or other services required for such shipments.
WMX specifically provides heavy-lift, project cargo, oversized and complex logistics solutions.
Charges are based on the quotation or applicable rate agreed between WMX and the customer.

The customer will be responsible for applicable charges communicated by WMX.
Payment terms will be based on the quotation, invoice, or separate agreement issued by WMX.
WMX may suspend or delay further services where outstanding amounts remain unpaid, subject to applicable agreements and law.
Any applicable taxes, duties, government charges, carrier charges, or other third-party costs may be payable in addition to WMX's service charges.
Note: Exact WMX credit terms, payment period, late-payment charges, and storage rates should be inserted only after confirmation from the client.
WMX will take reasonable care in providing its services.
However, WMX will not be responsible for loss, delay, damage, or failure to perform where the cause is outside its reasonable control or results from inaccurate information, inadequate packing, prohibited goods, customs intervention, government action, carrier actions, or other circumstances attributable to the customer or third parties.
Where transportation is performed by third-party carriers or service providers, their applicable terms and conditions may also apply.

Customers should notify WMX as soon as reasonably possible if cargo is lost, damaged, delayed, or otherwise affected.

Customers may request information about available cargo insurance options where applicable.

WMX may use carriers, agents, customs brokers, warehouse operators, transportation providers, and other third parties where necessary to provide the requested services.
